Who We Are

This site is operated by Crowned With Confidence Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact Jordan Cumpper at crownedwithcareltd@gmail.com or 07344 471517.

What Information We Collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number (if provided), the option you select for what you're interested in, and any message you write. We do not collect any information from visitors who do not use the contact form, beyond basic, anonymised website analytics (see below).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss training options, or arrange a pilot session — in other words, for the specific purpose you contacted us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Your Information Is Stored

Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and forwarded to our email address. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to this processing; see netlify.com/privacy for details. We keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of business relationships, after which they are deleted.

Website Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tools to understand overall visitor numbers and which pages are viewed. These tools do not track individual visitors, do not use cookies, and do not collect any personal information — they provide only aggregate, anonymous statistics. Because no cookies or personal tracking are used, no cookie consent banner is required on this site.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to: ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete your data, and object to how we use your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

Complaints

If you have concerns about how your data has been handled that we haven't resolved satisfactorily, you have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

This policy is a general-purpose template appropriate for a small UK company handling contact enquiries. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor. If your data handling changes significantly (for example, if you begin storing children's data or handling special category data), seek professional legal advice to ensure this policy stays accurate and compliant.
